Luka
Luka is a young, energetic, and intelligent tripod with a big personality and an even bigger heart. He’s full of confidence and mischief, always keeping you on your toes! Luka is house-trained but still needs some supervision, as he may occasionally mark his territory. Despite his amputation, he’s adapted brilliantly—he navigates stairs confidently, loves doing zoomies, and is learning to walk steadily on the lead, though he’s still working on balance.
Luka travels well in the car and can be left there for reasonable periods (weather permitting). He’s still getting used to being left at home alone, with short stints of 10–15 minutes being a work in progress. His love of chewing means he needs access to appropriate toys to keep him entertained and out of trouble!
Cuddly, affectionate, and full of love, Luka adores people and other dogs but is still learning boundaries in his interactions. While his feelings about cats are unclear, he does show interest. Luka is an active boy who has gained much-needed weight, now tipping the scales at 19.5 kg. Despite his high energy, he’s happy to chill out for an hour or so between activities. This sweet and spirited boy will thrive in an active, loving home where he can continue to learn and grow.
Luka is in foster in Lancashire.
